PRODUCTION TIMELINE

All garments are made-to-order. Nothing exists before you decide.

  • Processing Time: 3–7 business days
    (Each piece is digitally plotted, printed, inspected)

  • Shipping Time: Varies by region and method
    → North America: 4–9 business days
    → Europe/UK: 5–12 business days
    → Asia/AU: 7–14 business days
    → Rest of World: up to 21 business days

Delays caused by customs, carriers, or geopolitical logistics are not under ARCHFIEND®’s control.
We design garments — not global infrastructure.


TRACKING

Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a live tracking link.
Updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
We are not responsible for incomplete addresses or missed deliveries.

Please ensure absolute accuracy in your entry. Our system prints what you type. There is no manual correction after processing.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Customs fees, VAT, import duties: These are your responsibility.

ARCHFIEND® does not underreport, falsify, or adjust invoice value.
To do so is to devalue the work — and insult the system.
Expect to pay your share of global sovereignty.


LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED?

If your item appears lost, delayed, or arrives damaged:

  1. Check your tracking link for courier updates.

  2. Wait the carrier’s posted delivery window.

  3. Contact us at logistics@archfiend.systems with:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Tracking number

  • Description of issue

We’ll escalate with the carrier. If resolution is impossible, we’ll respond with discretion and documentation.

No drama. Just process.
