POLICY ≠ PLEASING.

ARCHFIEND® is not built for passive consumption —
but we understand that precision sometimes needs recalibration.

Returns and exchanges are possible — but not frictionless.
This is intentional.
We construct garments, not agreements for indecision.

If you are unsure, don’t purchase.
If you are precise, proceed.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns for:

  • Incorrect sizing (provided the garment is unworn, unwashed, and returned in original condition)

  • Manufacturing defects (photographic evidence required)

  • Fulfillment errors (wrong item received, incomplete shipment)

We do not accept returns based on:

  • Aesthetic change of heart

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Imagined fit expectations

  • Misreading of product descriptions or materials

  • Capsule items marked ARCHIVE: LOCKED

RETURN TIMELINE

  • You have 7 days from delivery to initiate a return request

  • All returns must be received within 14 days of approval

  • Late returns will be refused and returned to sender

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are accepted only for sizing errors (same style, same color).
Each garment is produced on-demand; we do not offer stylistic swaps or “browsing.”

CONDITION REQUIREMENTS

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Free of scent, debris, or signs of wear

  • Folded with tags intact and repackaged with respect

If it returns to us in unfit condition, we document it.
And we archive the refusal.

FEES & CREDITS

  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Approved returns may be refunded or issued as store credit
    (based on context + discretion)

We are not Amazon.
We do not fund indecision loops.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your piece arrives defective or misconstructed —
We correct it. We remake it.
We do not negotiate. We resolve.

Send photos, order ID, and context.
We’ll review. If valid, we act — fast.

FINAL SALE / ARCHIVE ITEMS

Any item listed as:

  • FINAL FORM

  • ARCHIVE: LOCKED

  • COLLABORATION CAPSULES

is non-returnable, non-exchangeable, permanently fixed in the archive.
These garments are designed as cultural artifacts — not flexible inventory.
