We do not distribute materials for free use.
We grant permission with precision — to protect both the integrity of our system and the meaning encoded within it.

WHAT IS PROTECTED

All components of ARCHFIEND® are original, authored, and protected under international copyright, trademark, and moral rights law.

This includes:

  • Garment designs, patterns, and technical construction

  • Visual assets, photography, video, and capsule lookbooks

  • Graphic marks, logotypes, insignias, symbols, and structural motifs

  • Editorial copy, theoretical texts, and capsule manifestos

  • Spatial formats, campaign treatments, and product naming systems

  • ARCHFIEND® brand identity, studio voice, and narrative structure

These are not just aesthetics.
They are conceptual property.

PERMISSION-BASED USE CASES

We selectively license materials to:

  • Academic institutions for pedagogical or research use

  • Cultural curators for exhibition display

  • Design researchers conducting critical inquiry

  • Publishers including our work in longform cultural analysis

  • Art and theory archives looking to preserve subcultural legacy

Every license is single-instance, context-dependent, and must include proper citation and archival annotation.
