Our infrastructure is decentralized, intentional, and deliberately unspectacular.
Q: When will my order ship?
A: ARCHFIEND® operates on a print-on-demand model.
Each garment is crafted only after your order is placed.
Standard production time: 7–12 business days before dispatch.
We do not warehouse excess.
You are not buying convenience. You are acquiring intentional form.
Q: Do you restock sold-out items?
A: Never.
Each capsule is finite and embedded with time-specific codes.
Once it's gone, it's archived permanently.
We do not reproduce the past. We build forward.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: If you contact us within 12 hours of ordering, we may be able to intercept production.
After that, the system locks — by design.
This ensures we maintain production precision, not chaos.

A: Yes — under strict conditions.

ARCHFIEND® sizing is unisex, precision-calibrated, and minimal in variation.
We do not believe in vanity sizing or arbitrary XS-XXL range culture.
Q: Can I request a custom modification?
A: No. ARCHFIEND® garments are architected as complete concepts.
Altering them would dissolve their structural integrity.
What we offer is final. That’s the point.
Q: Do you offer discounts or promo codes?
A: No.
We do not devalue labor or design through artificial urgency.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes.
We operate globally, but frictionlessly.
