Careers at ARCHFIEND®

THIS IS NOT WORK.

THIS IS STRUCTURAL INTEGRATION.

ARCHFIEND® is not a brand. It is a designed system — self-aware, iterative, and ideologically alive.
We don’t offer jobs.
We offer positions within the architecture — roles built with precision, purpose, and cultural depth.

To contribute is not to labor.
It is to transmit, build, and fracture consensus — within and without.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

We are currently building out our Core + Satellite Model — a structural division between those embedded in the core engine and those working remotely at aligned frequency.

You might be a fit if:

  • You operate between disciplines (editorial/design/theory/systems)

  • You’ve written a manifesto, not a résumé

  • You know what brutalism means beyond architecture

  • You’re allergic to trend cycles and allergic to boredom

  • You have no allegiance to the market, but total devotion to form

  • You’re seeking a studio, not a company

  • You understand fashion as language, critique, and medium

This is not for people looking for titles.
It’s for people looking for tools and transmission.

APPLICATION STRUCTURE

Instead, prepare a dossier that includes:

  • A personal manifesto (300–800 words)

  • Portfolio, GitHub, archive, or experimental documentation

  • Annotations of 3 projects you admire (and why)

  • Your ideal role within a post-brand studio

  • Location & preferred work structure (core/satellite)
